Four dead and dozens injured in a 12-hour encounter as Somalia forces battle to regain control of a hotel seized by militants
Witnesses have informed the BBC of sounds of explosions and gunshots at a hotel near the presidential palace. It is believed that a minister called Ahmed has been injured while another, Environment Minister Adam Aw Hirsi, told reporters he had survived the attack.
