Sheffield Community Awards: Winners delight to be recognised.

On Thursday, November 2nd 2023, Voluntary Action Sheffield hosted its community Awards at Sheffield's Cutlers Hall. The event was attended by hundreds of people and it celebrated the collective spirit, outstanding achievements, and unwavering resilience that define the city's community. The 2023 award categories celebrated excellence in diverse fields and it recognised individuals, organisations, and community groups that have made outstanding contributions in their respective areas. After the event, African Voices Platform spoke to some of the winners.
