Work for the Independent Media Association as Independent Media Community Organiser.

The Independent Media Association is a community of 60 independent media organisations dedicated to public interest journalism and maintaining editorial independence from vested interests.

We are a cooperative run by and for our members which has existed for just over a year. We are now looking for someone who is charismatic, driven, passionate about organising and brings people together to actively undertake projects with each other, to join the organisation.

The role is a part time role for one year - with a view to becoming permanent.

It is about bringing independent media organisations together to work with each other, and to bring other sectors in to support independent media and vice versa.
